Our group “KISTorage Lab” is working on designing & characterizing advanced materials for next-generation energy storage systems. First, we design and synthesize the novel electrode materials & solid-state electrolytes based on the materials engineering. Second, we fabricate the cell, and further investigate the electrochemical characteristic (battery or capacitor) of as-prepared materials through various analysis equipment and electrochemical test (in-situ & ex-situ systems). Our final goal is to provide guidance in the development of advanced materials for energy storage applications.
